At Insight we don't just take food for granted. We are committed to planning substantial and delicious menus that will satisfy even the most demanding palate. We know it is important to cater for your individual preferences during your time with us. We also leave you to seek out that special Parisian Bistro or Italian Trattoria you read or heard about first hand from family or friends! Another unique Insight feature is that your Tour Director will also assist you in researching, recommending and making restaurant reservations for you.

Exciting Local Cuisine

Your Insight tour will feature an abundance of dining experiences. You'll enjoy included three course table d'hote dinners where we arrange the ideal complement of local foods such as soups and salads, pasta, paella, fish, chicken or various meats, plus appetizing desserts and coffee or tea.

In Scandinavia and Germany and elsewhere, mouth-watering buffets are often provided.

Hearty breakfasts are always included, from delicious traditional full-cooked breakfasts in Britain and Ireland to substantial buffets or continental style breakfasts as is the usual custom throughout Europe .

Should you require special dietary menus your tour director can arrange these for you when informed in advance.

Highlight Dinners Included on Every Tour

Special Highlight Dinners with wine, beer or soft drinks are also included at least once on most tours. They range from a Scottish Highlands Ceilidh to a four-course dinner and Flamenco Spectacular in Seville or a sumptuous Oriental Banquet on a floating palace in Amsterdam . It won't be long before you are drawn into the excitement of the occasion. What a great way to celebrate a magnificent vacation!
