See one of the seven wonders of the ancient world − the Great Pyramids at Giza, including the Pyramid of Cheops. After your flight to Aswan, visit the impressive High Dam. Travel by motorboat to the Temple of Isis, rising from the waters of the Nile on the Island of Philae. Board your luxury Nile cruise ship in time for lunch, then enjoy a memorable ride in a felucca to see the Botanical Gardens. Explore the extraordinary Valley of the Kings, where the New Kingdom pharaohs were buried in tombs built into the hillsides. Visit Deir el-Bahri, a breathtaking complex of mortuary temples and tombs. Admire Queen Hatshepsut’s Temple. Marvel at the Colossi of Memnon on the West Bank and the gigantic Karnak Temple Complex. Later fly back to Cairo.(Breakfast)

Visit the Coptic Monasteries at Wadi El Natrun (if open) on the way to Alexandria. Founded by Alexander the Great in 322 BC, Alexandria was one of the most famous cities in the ancient world, and the country’s capital for nearly a thousand years. It retains its status as a cultural and industrial centre, and is renowned for the beautiful seafront area known as the Corniche. Tour the white marble Roman Amphi and Pompy’s Pillar at the ancient acropolis. Visit the Kom el Shoqafa Catacomb and the National Museum. Admire the magnificent El Morsi Abu El Abbas Mosque. Later drive back to Cairo.(Buffet Breakfast)
