Tour Details - 13 Day Canada Experience 2012

Day 1. Victoria
Arrive at Vancouver Airport and be met and transferred to Victoria. Meet your fellow travellers at a Welcome Dinner.

Day 2. Victoria, Butchart Gardens, Freedom of Choice Touring
Visit Butchart Gardens for breakfast and then choose a touring activity. .

Day 3. Georgia Strait, Whistler
You may like to take our optional one-hour floatplane across beautiful Georgia Strait to Whistler, which you can then explore in the afternoon (own expense). Alternatively, take the ferry to the mainland this morning. Journey by coach into the Coast Mountains and on to Whistler.

Day 4. Kelowna
Travel through the Cariboo region before arriving in Kelowna, a renowned winery area in the Okanagan region.

Day 5. Moraine Lake, Banff National Park, Dine Around Dinner
Follow the South Thompson River to Shuswap Lake. Pass Kicking Horse River, cross the Continental Divide to Banff. Tonight, enjoy your Dine Around Dinner.

Day 6. Banff Sights, Freedom of Choice Touring
Enjoy a sightseeing tour of the quaint town of Banff, then join your selected activity. Options available include a Bow River float trip, Heli Flightseeing and much more.

Day 7. Lake Louise, Dine Around Dinner
Take a ride to the top of Sulphur Mountain on the Banff Gondola, then travel to Lake Louise and join a local Mountain Heritage Guide for a walk along its shores.

Day 8. Icefields Parkway, Athabasca Glacier, Jasper, Dine Around Dinner
Travel along the Icefields Parkway. At the Columbia Icefield, take a ride in an Ice Explorer onto the Athabasca Glacier. Continue to Jasper and enjoy a Dine Around Dinner tonight.

Day 9. Jasper, Freedom of Choice Touring
After breakfast today, enjoy your selected touring experience with our Freedom of Choice activities.

Day 10. Rocky Mountaineer, Mt Robson
Board the Rocky Mountaineer train. In GoldLeaf Service, you can sit back and relax.

Day 11. Vancouver
Once again board the Rocky Mountaineer, and enjoy GoldLeaf Service as you pass through the Fraser Canyon, before arriving in Vancouver.

Day 12. Vancouver
Enjoy a tour of Vancouver, including the Capilano Suspension Bridge. Tonight enjoy a special Farewell Dinner with your fellow travellers.

Day 13. Vancouver
Enjoy breakfast and transfer to the airport for your flight home.
