Tour Details - 7 Day Mothers and Cubs Adventure 2012

Day 1. Winnipeg
You will arrive in Winnipeg and overnight at the Four Points Sheraton located at the airport where your adventure begins.

Day 2. The Adventure Begins!
You will depart Winnipeg early in the morning for your flight to Nanuk Polar Bear Lodge. You may have some great opportunities for aerial photography during the flight so make sure you have your cameras ready. Upon arrival at the Lodge you will receive a tour and be shown to your room to get settled.

Day 3, 4, 5. Nature Trekking, Polar Bears and Magnificent Photography
Every day at the lodge will start with a gourmet breakfast. Then, weather permitting, you may enjoy such experiences as polar bear and beluga whale spotting by boat, coastal tours of Hudson Bay by buggy, wildlife walking tours or bird watching. Many nights will provide the opportunity to watch the phenomenal light displays of Aurora Borealis. Of course there'll be plenty of time for rest and relaxtion, as well as informative presentations from wildlife experts.

Day 6. Last Minute Wildlife Viewing and Reminiscing in Winnipeg
This morning you will take advantage of last minute photo opportunities, pack your gear and get ready to head home. You will depart Gillam for Winnipeg in the afternoon. You arrive in Winnipeg early in the evening and will again overnight at the Four Points Sheraton by the Winnipeg airport.

Day 7. Depart Winnipeg
Transfer to Winnipeg airport for your onward flight.
