Tour Details - 13 Day Kimberley By Land & Sea BME to KNX (Bung Standard) 2012 (Dinner & Breakfast)

Day 1. Broome, Cape Leveque.
Arrive in Broome and transfer to Kimberley Quest II for sunset drinks on the deck. Then cruise up the coast toward Cape Leveque. (D)

Day 2. Buccaneer Archipelago, Talbot Bay.
Marvel at the surronds of the Thousand Islands as you cruise through the Buccaneer Archipelago. Take a dip at Kiruiguin River Waterfalls and later try your hand at sports fishing or laze about on the sundeck or in the spa.

Day 3. Montgomery Reef
Pass by infamous Cockatoo Island, before stopping at Crocodile Creek for a swim amid pretty waterfalls. This afternoon, see one of the Kimberley's wonders - the crashing tides of Horizontal Falls.

Day 4. Doubtful Bay, Sale River.
Discover an ancient rainforest by Sale River, in Kunmunya Aboriginal land. Then see the amazing tidal waterfall effect over the ocean reef at Montgomery Reef.

Day 5. Kuri Bay, Camben Harbour.
Spend today steeped in history as we cruise through Camden Sound to Kuri Bay, site of the Kimberley's largest pearling operation. At Brecknack Harbour, a short walk leads to eerie old settlers graves.

Day 6. Prince Regent River, King Cascade.
Cruise up the Prince Regent River and admire the contrasting colours and tiers of King Cascades. Climb above the falls to swim in crystal-clear rock pools.

Day 7. Camp Creek, Careening Bay.
Admire Careening Bay's ancient Boab tree, before cruising to the pristine beaches of Bigge Island. This evening relax on board as the sun sinks below the Kimberley horizon.

Day 8. Hunter River, Mitchell Falls, Kununurra.
Today we disembark the cruise and explore the Hunter River, then fly by helicopter over Mitchell Falls and the Mitchell Plateau to Kununurra.

Day 9. Lake Argyle, Ord River Cruise.
Join a tour to Lake Argyle. Visit Durack Homestead and take a wildlife cruise along the Ord River.

Day 10. Purnululu (Bungle Bungle) National Park
Board a flight into World Heritage lidted Purnululu National Park, home of the unique Bungle Bungle Domes.

Day 11. Bungle Bungle, Echidna Chasm.
Travel to the western face of the Bungle Bungle Range and walk through Echidna Chasm, a spectacular cleft in the rock massif.

Day 12. Kununurra, El Questro Station
Fly to Kununurra this morning, then travel to stunning El Questro Station. Enjoy time to explore the station and facilities.

Day 13. Transfer to Kununurra.
Travel by road back to Kununurra, where your tour concludes on arrival.
