Kakadu National Park Highlights:
Kakadu National Park is a timeless place – a landscape of exceptional
beauty and diversity. Mangrove fringed coastal areas blend into
expansive flood plains, lowland hills flanked to the east by sandstone
escarpments, all interwoven between various open woodland and
forest habitats. Teeming with wildlife in the water, on the land and
in the air, there are many species which provide a diversity and
concentration seen nowhere else. The land takes on different forms
and different colours with the passing of each season.
Departs: Daily 6.30am from Darwin Returns: 7.30pm approximately to Darwin OPTIONAL 50 minute scenic flight May to December fly over the Arnhem Land Escarpment. January to April view majestic Twin Falls and Jim Jim Falls from the air at their sparkling best. Adult $230 Child $184. The adult price includes a National Park Entry Fee. The fee is $25 per adult. You only have to pay this fee once when purchasing 2 or more Day Tours in this national park, as entry is valid for 3 consecutive days. It is an additional compulsory government charge at time of booking and is subject to change without notice. Children 15 years and under are not required to pay the entry fee. You must carry your ticket with you every time you enter the National Park or you will be required to purchase another ticket. Note: Itinerary & departure dates may change from 01/04/13. |
