Join AAT Kings for a 1 day adventure to the West MacDonnell Ranges, See Simpsons Gap, walk into Standley Chasm, and enjoy a light lunch and a city tour of Alice Springs.
Tour Itinerary
West MacDonnell Ranges & Town Tour
Highlights:

Travel from Alice Springs following the spectacular West MacDonnell
Ranges.
Pass the John Flynn Memorial then stop at Simpsons Gap.
Continue on to magical Angkerle (Standley Chasm).
Walk into the
chasm along the stony watercourse lined with cycads, ghost gums,
acacias and cypress pines.
A light lunch will be provided before you
return to Alice Springs.
This afternoon you'll tour the sights of 'The Alice' including the historic Telegraph
Station and the Royal Flying Doctor Service.
Visit the School of the Air and stop at
the Alice Springs Reptile Centre where you will see unique Central Australian reptiles
such as the Perentie and Thorny Devil.
Conclude with a panoramic view of Alice Springs
and the surrounding ranges from Anzac Hill. L
Departs: Daily 7.30am from Alice Springs
Returns: 6.00pm approx. to Alice Springs
